Ordering

How to Submit a School Purchase Order

  • By Email: Send your PO to service@tetonmusic.com and include your school’s name, billing/shipping address, PO number, and item list.
  • By Phone: Call 801.808.9396. You can coordinate details with our team directly and email/fax the PO later.

Credit & Verification: All POs are subject to verification and credit approval before the order is processed.

Accepted Payment Options

Schools, Districts & Nonprofits: Purchase order (subject to credit review), check, or credit card.

Individuals: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal — available instantly online.

What are payment terms?

Net 30 days from invoice; past due balances may incur a 1.8% monthly late fee and potential service suspension.

I'm Tax Exempt. What do I do?

Include your tax exemption certificate with your PO, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

I Don't Have a Purchase Order. Can I Still Order?

Of course! You can use a credit card, check, or PayPal online; school and district customers can open an account for future PO-based billing.
